| Professional Skill | Muhammad Faisal Chaudhary is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor having 26 years of international industry experience in the fields of contracts / commercial management and quantity surveying in the built environment. Faisal has vast knowledge and extensive experience in contracts administration and cost management fields. His experience primarily focuses on post-contract administration e.g. valuation of works & variations and assessment of claims for time extensions & additional costs under various forms of contract & methods of measurement including FIDIC Red Book & CESMM. He has invested his professional life in Pakistan and in the United Arab Emirates. During that time he has acted for different players in the construction arena including contractors, designers, engineers and project managers. Faisal has worked on some significant construction projects in the Middle East such as Abu Dhabi International Airport – Midfield Terminal, Jebel Ali Sewage Treatment Plant, the Development of South Shamkha Infrastructure Works at Abu Dhabi and Cranleigh School on Saadiyat Island. He is currently working as Contracts manager for AECOM Middle East Limited. |
